What's included in the free week?
The free week unlocks the Auto-Comparison module — you can upload real offers and get normalised, side-by-side comparisons immediately. Generator and the B2B Shop are part of the full platform and aren't included in the trial, but we're happy to demo them on a call.
How do I get access after I register?
After you submit the registration form, our team reviews it and emails you a username, password, and login link — usually within one business day. There's no payment step and no card required for the trial.
What file formats can Auto-Comparison read?
Whatever your vendors actually send — PDFs (including scans), Excel and CSV spreadsheets, and offers pasted into email. You don't need to reformat anything or ask suppliers to use a template.
Do I have to replace my ERP or procurement system?
No. Procurato sits on top of what you already use. It does the reading, drafting, and comparing, then hands decisions and orders back to your systems. Your ERP stays the system of record.
Is my procurement data used to train AI models?
No. Your offers, prices, and supplier data are never used to train shared models that other customers benefit from. Your data is processed to serve you, and stays yours.
Where is my data stored?
Within the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access. GDPR is the default posture and a Data Processing Agreement is available. For regulated buyers, a private, isolated deployment is available.
Does Procurato decide which supplier wins?
No — it does the heavy lifting and shows you the best value clearly, but the award decision stays human. Every score and recommendation is explained and traceable, so you can stand behind the call.
